Producer

Domaine de Terres Blanches

France

Domaine de Terres Blanches is a family-run Loire Valley estate owned and operated by the Saget family, having been founded by Noël Michelin about two decades ago. Its small-scale production is based on certified organic and biodynamic viticulture, guided by a holistic, low-intervention “Bio-Active” philosophy. Sauvignon-based wines are produced from three Central Loire appellations, with winemaking overseen by consulting winemaker Stéphane Derencourt.
