Château Olivier

France

Château Olivier is a historic Cru Classé de Graves estate in Pessac-Léognan, owned by the de Bethmann family since 1867 and now overseen by Eléonore de Bethmann, with Laurent Lebrun as director. Organic farming has been in place since 2014, alongside a broader commitment to sustainable land management and ecosystem protection. Its vineyards are rooted in a mix of gravel, clay-limestone, and sand soils, with both red and white varieties planted. The estate is recognized as a Grand Cru Classé de Graves for both red and white wines, and its wines are described as precise, clean, authentic, and naturally complex, with the structure to age well.
