Brice is an independent family-owned Champagne house in Bouzy, with family roots there dating back to 1684. Founded as a house by Jean-Paul Brice in 1994 and now run by his sons Jean-René and Remi, it farms organically managed vineyards in Bouzy, Chigny-lès-Roses and Loches-sur-Ource, with HVE 3 certification and organic certification from the 2023 harvest. The estate emphasizes biodiversity, ploughing, massal selections and low-impact vineyard work. In the cellar, with winemaking directed by Christophe Constant, Brice avoids malolactic fermentation to preserve purity and terroir expression, and ages its wines in historic chalk cellars in Bouzy. The house is also noted for its Bouzy Rouge and for parcel-focused wines.
