Spumante Rose Fulvia

Cantine 4 Valli is a family-owned Piacenza winery founded in 1882 and run by the Ferrari and Perini families for five generations. Based in Emilia-Romagna, it represents the region through brands including Il Poggiarello, 4Valli, Borgofulvia and Perini&Perini, with wines drawn from the four valleys surrounding Piacenza. Since 2015, its grapes have been organically certified, with no pesticides, organic fertilizers, biodegradable materials and attention to microclimate, exposure and soil. The company controls production from vineyard to bottling and exports to around 30 countries. Its wines have received recognition in guides and competitions including Vinibuoni d’Italia, Gilbert & Gaillard and the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
