Audarya is a family-run winery in Serdiana, Sardinia, owned and operated by siblings Salvatore and Nicoletta Pala, continuing a three-generation winemaking tradition. Across four estates, the family cultivates native Sardinian and Cagliari-area varieties, with Salvatore and Enrico personally involved in vineyard management. Farming follows integrated agriculture principles, with hand harvesting and a stated commitment to sustainable practices and respect for the local environment, though no organic or biodynamic certification is listed. The vineyards include traditional Sardian alberello and low-trained vines on calcareous, marl and clay soils, influenced by the nearby Gulf. Audarya combines traditional methods with modern innovation, producing a broad range of wines, including limited-production selections designed to preserve freshness, fruit and terroir.
