Louis Boillot is a small, family-run domaine spanning the Côte d’Or and Beaujolais, with old-vine vineyards in Volnay, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, Pommard and Beaujolais. Farming is certified organic, with low yields and a focus on expressing individual terroirs. Louis Boillot co-manages the estate with his partner, Ghislaine Barthod, while their son Clément Boillot is assuming winemaking responsibilities. The domaine produces a broad range of cuvées, including numerous premier crus, reflecting its work across Burgundy’s varied appellations.
