Los Ángeles is a wine project represented by Los Angeles-based winemakers Adam Huss of Centralas Wine and Ben Sposato of Acri Wine Co. Its wine comes from a single high-altitude mountain vineyard in Aragón, planted with dry-farmed old-vine Macabeo on calcareous clay soils. The vineyard is cultivated biodynamically, and the grapes are hand-harvested into 20 kg baskets. The project’s wines are marketed locally through Unfined Wines. Details about production volume, vineyard size, certifications, and ownership structure are not specified.
