Prosecco DOC Brut Biologico

Founded in 2011, La Fornase is a family-run organic winery working across the Veneto–Friuli Venezia Giulia plain, with vineyards in Meduna di Livenza and Rivarotta di Pasiano. Its certified organic farming combines precision and conservation practices, including green manure to support soil fertility and biodiversity, recovery atomizers to reduce sulfur and copper residues, and disease-resistant PIWI varieties. An agronomist and winemaker collaborate throughout the process, from vineyard to bottle, following the philosophy of “nourishing the soil to nourish the vine.” The winery produces organic Prosecco, Friulano and other wines, including bottlings from PIWI grapes such as Sauvignon Rytos and Sauvignon Nepis.
