Its minimal-intervention approach uses temperature-controlled fermentation and aging in tanks and neutral oak to preserve freshness, mineral character and vibrancy. The range, including a 2024 white blend and Picpoul de Pinet, reflects the Mediterranean heritage of the region through fresh fruit and bright acidity.
