Jacob's Creek is a large-scale, flagship South Australian wine brand owned by the French drinks group Pernod Ricard and operated by its Australian subsidiary. It produces an estimated 6–7 million cases (around 75 million bottles) annually from a portfolio of 51 wines sourced from over 120 vineyards. The historic winery is located on a 42‑ha property at Rowland Flat in the Barossa Valley, where the brand offers immersive experiences including guided tastings, vineyard tours, and exclusive 'Our Limited Release' wines. While emphasizing sustainability, environmental stewardship, and regenerative agriculture—with initiatives like restoring 35 hectares around waterways and maintaining 63 hectares of native plantings—no formal certifications are cited. Chief winemaker Dan Swincer leads the winemaking efforts.
