J. Laurens is a family-run estate in Limoux, Languedoc-Roussillon, dedicated exclusively to sparkling wines since 1980. Founded by Michel Dervin and owned by Jacques Calvel since 2002, the estate produces Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux from hand-harvested grapes using the traditional méthode traditionnelle. Its vineyards are fully sustainable and certified High Environmental Value, reflecting a clear commitment to environmentally responsible farming.
