Gregoletto

Italy

Gregoletto is a family-owned estate in Premaor di Miane, within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, run by Luigi Gregoletto. With documented viticultural activity dating to 1600, the family maintains a longstanding connection to the hills between Conegliano, Valdobbiadene and Vittorio Veneto. Its hillside vineyards are worked with predominantly manual methods, no herbicides and minimal organic compost; biodynamic farming is also cited, without formal certification. The winery emphasizes traditional winemaking and hand-harvesting, producing Prosecco Superiore DOCG, still Prosecco and other local wines. Luigi is particularly associated with preserving and vinifying Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13. Visits by appointment include tastings, ancient cellars and a library of historical and modern works on oenology and viticulture.
