Gilbert et Christine Felettig

France

Domaine Gilbert et Christine Felettig is a family-run Burgundy estate managed by second-generation siblings Gilbert and Christine Felettig, with founder Henri Felettig still the legal owner and Pauline Felettig assisting in the cellar. Based in Burgundy with vineyards from Gevrey-Chambertin to Beaune and the Hautes-Côtes, the domaine follows low-intervention, organic-by-nature farming, using reasoned viticulture and natural products such as sulfur and copper without formal certification. In the cellar, the approach is gentle and traditional, with cold pre-fermentation maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation, careful temperature control, and oak ageing, all aimed at expressing terroir as faithfully as possible.
