Finca Ambrosía

Argentina

Finca Ambrosia is a Gualtallary, Mendoza estate founded in 2002 by a group of 11 friends from seven countries, focused on wines that honestly express the character of this high-altitude Uco Valley terroir. The project has produced its own label since 2011 and has fully owned and managed Bodega Los Maitenes since 2020. Winemaking is led by Daniel Pi, with support from terroir specialist Pedro Parra. Its style ranges from the unoaked Casa wines from organically farmed vineyards to limited Coleccion bottlings selected from the finest barrels, alongside micro-terroir and flagship wines. Across the range, the emphasis is on authenticity, precision, and a hands-off approach in certain cuvées.
