Founded in 2011, Fil-Loxera & Cia. is a boutique winery in Valencia, jointly owned and operated by three friends: Joan Llobell, Pilar Esteve and José Ramón Domenech. The partners make winemaking decisions together, with Pilar and José Ramón contributing their own vineyards alongside rented plots. They work with historic goblet-trained vines and practice sustainable viticulture, avoiding herbicides and minimizing soil intervention; no formal certifications are noted. The winery produces around 40,000 bottles annually from approximately 17 hectares, reflecting a hands-on, collaborative approach to Valencia wine.
