Fe Wines is a privately owned Napa Valley estate on Spring Mountain, founded in 2012 by Jon and Joanne Goldstein. Its six hillside vineyard blocks are farmed with organic practices, including nitrogen-fixing cover crops, natural pest control, and shade canopy, without formal certifications noted. Surrounded by native woodland and parkland, the site has iron-rich, volcanically derived soils and a cool, fog-influenced microclimate. Winemaker Aaron Pott has guided the project since its inception, working with a low-intervention, vineyard-led approach. Bordeaux-style reds are hand-harvested, triple-sorted, and made by gentle gravity flow with spontaneous fermentation, long maceration, extended oak aging, and bottle maturation. The winery is private, with no public tastings.
