Fasoli Gino is a family-run winery in Colognola ai Colli, Verona, with roots dating to 1925 and now guided by the third and fourth generations. The family began converting to organic farming in 1984 and adopted biodynamic practices in 2006, later extending its approach to regenerative agriculture. Vineyards are managed without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers, with cover crops, biodiversity measures and hand-tended rows supporting soil vitality. The winery also uses renewable energy, lighter recyclable packaging and natural pest control. All wines are vegan, including the Corte del Pozzo range, and the estate offers educational tastings focused on its organic philosophy, vineyards and cellar.
