Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru Les Crays

Domaine Eric Forest is a small, family-owned estate in Vergisson, Burgundy, founded in 2000 and run by Eric Forest, a third-generation grower and heir to eight generations of vineyard experience. The domaine farms its vineyards biodynamically and sustainably, with all work carried out manually through ploughing and hand-hoeing, without synthetic herbicides or pesticides. Wines are made with minimal sulphur and bottled by hand without filtration, reflecting a low-intervention approach. The estate’s limited production focuses on high-quality wines, including fruit from the five-hectare Haut de la Roche parcel and an organically farmed Petite Arvine parcel.
