El Enemigo

Argentina

El Enemigo is a boutique, small-scale winery in Mendoza, working with high-altitude vineyards at around 910–920 metres. The estate practices organic farming, uses manual harvesting and Vertical Shoot Positioning, and is led in winemaking by Oriana Zamora and Alejandro Vigil. Wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts in 1,000-litre clay amphorae, reflecting a distinctive, hands-on approach. Its Moscatel is made without added sulphur dioxide.
