Producer

Domaine Vincent Ricard

France

Domaine Vincent Ricard is a fifth-generation family estate in Touraine, in France’s Loire Valley, now owned and led by Vincent Ricard after his father Alain’s retirement. The domaine farms south-facing upper terraces above the Cher River, with limestone-clay soils and a focus on Sauvignon Blanc. Certified organic since 2016, it uses grass cover, avoids herbicides and pesticides, and applies low-yield practices including cluster dropping and de-budding. Vines are propagated from neighboring shoots, reflecting a hands-on, estate-focused approach. Vincent makes small-scale, quality-driven white wines, with much of the production exported.
