Domaine Vincent Dampt

France

Domaine Vincent Dampt is a fourth-generation, family-owned estate in Milly-Chablis, Burgundy, run by Vincent and Émilie Dampt. Working primarily with vineyards around Milly, they produce Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Premier Crus Vaillons and Côte de Lechet. Chablis and Premier Cru parcels lie on fossil-rich Kimmeridgian marl, while Petit Chablis comes from stony Portlandian soils. The domaine follows sustainable vineyard practices, including ploughing, natural fertilisers, and disease-pressure-based pest management, and is transitioning to HVE certification. Each terroir is vinified separately in stainless steel to emphasise fruit and site, reflecting Vincent’s stated passion for the vine and terroir.
