Domaine Tatsis

Greece

Domaine Tatsis is a family-owned estate in Goumenissa, Northern Greece, run by brothers Stergios Tatsis, who leads winemaking, and Pericles Tatsis, who manages the vineyards. Rooted in a multigenerational tradition dating back to the 1920s, the domaine combines old-school structure with an experimental, natural-wine approach. It was the first winery in Greece to earn both organic and biodynamic certification, with a strong focus on biodiversity, healthy vines, and sustainable viticulture. In the cellar, the brothers favor low-intervention methods, including long macerations for native white varieties, extended élevage for rosés, and significant bottle aging for Goumenissa reds.
