Domaine Stoeffler

France

Domaine Stoeffler is an Alsace producer based in Barr, with Vincent Stoeffler identified as owner-winemaker and director. The domaine produces Crémant d’Alsace alongside wines from selected terroirs around Barr and Ribeauvillé, including Rotland, Klevener de Heiligenstein, Rouge de Barr, Muhlforst, Kronenbourg and Rotenberg. Its range includes age-worthy wines described as structured and generous, as well as late-harvest cuvées from the domaine’s best sites, noted for exceptional aromatic intensity. Some cuvées come from old vines aged between 30 and 60 years, harvested at over-ripeness to produce demi-sec and sweet wines suited to aperitifs, desserts, foie gras or leisurely drinking.
