Domaine St Patrice

France

Domaine St Patrice is a family-run estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, owned by Guy Jullian and his son Jérôme, who revived the historic Clos Saint Patrice monopole after acquiring it in 2009. Farming is organic in practice, with mass-selected vines, no chemical herbicides, and hand harvesting. The domaine follows a traditional, low-intervention approach, using partial whole-cluster fermentation, concrete vats, gentle extraction, and aging mainly in concrete and large oak vessels with limited oak influence. Its wines come from a range of notable Châteauneuf terroirs, including the historic Clos St Patrice and several respected lieux-dits, expressing both the estate’s heritage and a careful, natural winemaking style.
