Domaine Passy le Clou

France

Domaine Passy le Clou is a fifth-generation family domaine in Chablis, Burgundy, owned by the Descombes family since 2017 and led by Marine Descombes and Kevin Jandard. The estate farms 21 vineyard parcels under HVE Level 3 certification and agro-ecological principles, avoiding herbicides while using cover crops, natural fertilizers and an artificial lake for frost protection. Winemaking is carried out by a small team, with a focus on expressing the domaine’s Chablis vineyards, including Premier Cru wine. The estate is also converting to organic farming.
