FAGAYRA rouge Tuilé - Hors d'âge

Founded in Maury in 2008 by Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet, Domaine Les Terres de Fagayra is an independent project under the Domaine Le Roc des Anges umbrella, focused exclusively on Maury Vin Doux Naturel. The vineyards have been farmed organically since 2009 and biodynamically since 2011, with Biodyvin certification, shallow ploughing and hand harvesting. The domaine uses no purchased grapes and produces only around 7,000 bottles annually from old vines. Management passed to Thibault Ponthier in November 2025.
