Producer

Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard

France

Founded in 1991, Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard is a family-run Jura estate spanning the Côtes du Jura, L’Étoile and Château-Chalon appellations. Jean-Luc leads the domaine, with his wife Annie managing the office and son Mathieu working full-time since 2018. After years of low-intervention “lutte raisonnée” farming, the estate adopted fully organic viticulture in 2020 and received organic certification in 2023. The wines are made with spontaneous fermentations and minimal additions of SO₂, with whites representing the majority of production.
