Domaine Jean-Hugues et Guilhem Goisot is a family-owned Burgundy estate farming approximately 30 hectares across Saint-Bris, Irancy, and Chablis. Jean-Hugues and Ghislaine Goisot took over in 1979, with their son Guilhem and his wife Marie joining in 2005; Guilhem now signs the wines alongside Jean-Hugues. Biological farming began in the early 1990s, followed by Ecocert organic certification in 2001 and Demeter biodynamic certification in 2005. The domaine grows Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Chardonnay, Aligoté, Pinot Noir, and small plantings of César. Grapes are strictly sorted, with wines raised in barrels or tanks according to terroir and vine age.
