Domaine Henri Germain

France

Domaine Henri Germain is a family-owned Burgundy estate based in Meursault, with vineyards in Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet and Beaune. Founded in 1973 by Henri Germain, it is now run by Jean-François Germain, with his daughter Lucie joining in 2018 and both involved in winemaking. The domaine focuses mainly on white wines and follows an organic, low-intervention approach, with low yields and hand-harvested fruit. In the cellar, the style is minimalist, avoiding added yeasts and enzymes and using limited new oak to let the vineyards speak clearly.
