Domaine Guinand

France

Domaine Guinand is a family-owned estate in Saint-Christol, Occitanie, between Montpellier and Nîmes, run by siblings Fabien and Sophie Guinand. With viticultural roots dating to 1139, it produces AOP Languedoc wines under the Terroir de Saint-Christol designation, including structured reds, fruit-forward whites and elegant rosés. The vineyards lie on colluvial deposits, rolled-pebble terraces and sandy marl. The domaine practices reasoned, sustainable agriculture, certified Terra Vitis since 2002 and Haute Valeur Environnementale since 2021, with ecology, economic balance and workplace well-being central to its approach. Cellar tours, tastings, vineyard visits and other activities reflect its strong commitment to sharing the estate and its terroir with visitors.
