Domaine Guillaman

France

Domaine Guillaman is a family estate in Gascogne, passed down through the Ferret family since 1626 and now led by sixth-generation winemaker Dominique Ferret. Its clay and limestone vineyards are certified Haute Valeur Environnementale Niveau 3, with a strong focus on biodiversity, soil health and resource conservation. Permanent vegetation, ecological zones, hedges, beehives, biocontrol products, natural fertilizers, rainwater recovery and solar panels form part of its sustainable approach. The estate specializes in aromatic white wines, alongside rosé and red cuvées, with weekly parcel-by-parcel maturity monitoring and on-site bottling. More than 65% of production is exported to Northern Europe.
