Domaine Eugène Carrel & Fils is a historic family estate in Savoie, now co-run by the Carrel family and Thomas Senger, who became a partner in 2022. Its vineyards lie on steep, limestone-rich slopes at around 300 metres altitude and are farmed sustainably, with reduced use of insecticides and herbicides. Grapes are hand-harvested and the wines are estate-bottled, reflecting a focus on quality over volume. Winemaking is shared by Olivier Carrel, who oversees fermentation, and Thomas Senger.
