Domaine de Rombeau

France

Domaine de Rombeau is a family-owned estate in Rivesaltes, Roussillon, run by the de la Fabrègue family across six generations. Around 30% of its vineyards are farmed organically, with further agroecological work including water-monitoring technology and mycorrhization trials. Led by Philippe Raspaud with É lise involved in production and educational programs, the domaine combines winegrowing with a restaurant, historic cellars, cultural events, and wine tourism. Its range includes organic cuvées, red and white wines, sparkling wine, and Vin Doux Naturels, including long-aged examples. Sustainability initiatives include bottle reuse, resource preservation, and local social partnerships.
