Domaine de la Pinte

France

Domaine de la Pinte is a family-owned estate in Arbois, Jura, founded in the early 1950s by the Martin family and still run by later generations. Organic since 1999 and biodynamic since 2009, it is certified by Ecocert and Demeter and works with a clear respect for the living environment. The domaine manages everything in-house from vine to bottle, with Pierre Martin overseeing operations and Emmanuel Perraut leading winemaking. Vineyard and cellar work is precise and traditional, including manual harvests, indigenous yeasts, restrained use of sulphur and other additives, and élevage in oak. Based on Jura’s clay-limestone soils, the estate produces a broad range of regional styles, including Vin Jaune, Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, Trousseau, Crémant du Jura, Macvin, and Marc du Jura.
