Domaine de la Feuillarde

France

Domaine de la Feuillarde is a family-owned, owner-grower estate in Burgundy’s Mâconnais, established in 1934 by Jean-Marie Thomas and now run by his descendant, winemaker Lucien Thomas. Based in Prissé, with vineyards extending to Vergisson, the domaine is centered on Saint-Véran and also produces Pouilly-Fuissé, Mâconnais and red Burgundy wines from Chardonnay, Gamay and Pinot Noir. HVE-certified and committed to low-input cultivation, it emphasizes low yields and hand harvesting for its premium cuvées, including old-vine wines from vines some over 80 years old. Lucien Thomas seeks clean, pure wines expressing minerality alongside fruity and floral notes, with a measure of richness, while maintaining Burgundian tradition and a quality-first approach.
