Domaine André et Bernard Labry

France

Domaine André et Bernard Labry is a family-run estate in Auxey-Duresses, Burgundy, now directed by third-generation winemaker Sophie Labry. Its vineyards extend across Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Monthélie, Pommard and Baubigny, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producing white, red and sparkling wines. The domaine is particularly associated with lyre-trained vines, used to improve sunlight exposure and support aromatic concentration. Sophie follows reasoned viticulture and a largely non-interventionist approach, seeking to preserve soil life, biodiversity and the expression of each terroir. The estate also maintains traditional mixed-farm practices and bottles most of its production, offering direct sales, tastings and cellar visits.
