Domaine du Clos des Rocs is a Burgundy estate in Pouilly-Loché and Pouilly-Fuissé, owned and run by Olivier Giroux since 2002. A member of the Connais winemaking family, Giroux is both proprietor and winemaker. The domaine is centered on the walled monopole Clos des Rocs in Les Mûres, a certified organic site on iron-rich clay and limestone soils, with old Chardonnay vines. Farming and cellar work follow a low-intervention approach: no herbicides, minimal sulfur, native-yeast fermentations, and wines bottled unfined and unfiltered after aging in large oak casks. The focus is on sustainable farming and transparent expression of site.
