Château Tour Bayard

France

Château Tour Bayard is a family-run estate in Montagne-Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, part of the Milhade portfolio and managed by the Richard family since 1956, today led by Fanny Nicoletti-Richard and Bruno Richard. The vineyards are planted on clay and limestone marl with 40-year-old vines, and the estate follows Lutte Raisonnée and organic-focused farming, avoiding chemical pesticides. In the cellar, winemaking is hands-on: grapes are destemmed, sorted, and vinified parcel by parcel. Its flagship Cuvée l’Angelot is produced in very limited quantities and aged in 100% new oak.
