Château Simon

France

Château Simon is a family-run Bordeaux estate owned and operated by the Dufour family for three generations, continuing a winemaking tradition dating to 1814. Its vineyards are spread across sites in Barsac-Sauternes, Graves and Bordeaux, with sources citing approximately 33–38 hectares. The Barsac vineyards feature clay-limestone soils resting on asteria rock. The estate’s wines reflect this varied Bordeaux setting and its long-established family ownership. No organic or biodynamic certifications, specific sustainability practices or individual winemaker are identified in the available information.
