Château Saint-Pierre

France

Château Saint-Pierre is a historic estate in the heart of Provence’s Var region, with land cultivated since the 11th century. Its 50 hectares of vineyards lie on clay, limestone and rounded-pebble soils, benefiting from abundant sunshine and the mistral. The estate is transitioning to organic farming, avoiding chemical herbicides, managing cover crops and using selective harvesting. Combining ancestral know-how with modern techniques, it produces AOP Côtes de Provence rosés, whites and reds focused on balance, finesse and authenticity. Winemaking includes temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation, oak ageing for reds and concrete eggs for natural micro-oxygenation. Its ranges include the structured, aged Prieur, delicate Marie and innovative Eden cuvées.
