Celler Jordi Miró

Spain

Jordi Miró is a family-owned winery in Corbera d’Ebre, Terra Alta, Catalonia, run by Jordi Miró with his daughters Andrea and Aïda. The family’s roots in viticulture go back to great-grandfather Francisco Miró Brunet, with biodynamic influences carried forward from earlier generations. Farming is organic in practice, with dry-farmed vineyards, no irrigation, and no chemical pesticides or fertilizers. In the cellar, the approach is low-intervention: hand-harvested fruit, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, low sulfur use, and vegan-friendly production. The wines are made under D.O. Terra Alta and outside the appellation, with each family member bringing a distinct perspective while maintaining a clear focus on quality and low yields.
