Cape Point is a boutique producer in Noordhoek on the southern tip of South Africa’s Cape Peninsula in the Western Cape. Owner Sybrand van der Spuy replanted the estate in 1997, shaping a focused vineyard centered on Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Semillon. The winery is Integrity & Sustainability Certified, highlighting its environmentally responsible approach. Riandri Visser, who joined the cellar team in 2014 and became head winemaker in 2017, leads winemaking at the estate. Cape Point is noted for its singular setting near Cape Town and for wines rooted in this distinctive coastal location.
