Producer

Cantine Torresella

Italy

Torresella is a Veneto producer based in Fossalta di Portogruaro, in eastern Veneto between the Venice Lagoon and the Alps. Owned by Cantine Torresella S.p.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Herita Marzotto Wines, it maintains direct control of the production chain from vineyard planting through bottling. Sustainability is central to its identity: SQNPI-certified integrated production, zero chemical herbicides, subsurface drip irrigation, clonal selection, canopy management, biodiversity measures, and natural vineyard products all feature in its farming. The winery is energy self-sufficient through solar panels and a biomass plant, and uses FSC-certified packaging, recycled-glass bottles, and label recycling. Its image and outlook are closely tied to the Venetian lagoon landscape and the local territory.
