Cantine Paolo Leo

Italy

Family-owned Cantine PaoloLeo was founded by Paolo Leo in 1989 and is based in San Donaci, in Salento’s Parco del Negroamaro, with a second winery in Monteparano. The Leo family’s work is rooted in several generations of Salento winegrowing and focuses strongly on native varieties including Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia and Susumaniello. Certified organic wines form part of the range, while Equalitas certification and published sustainability reports reflect commitments to environmental, ethical and social responsibility. The winery combines modern facilities with careful vineyard stewardship, working in Salento’s clay-limestone soils and ventilated Mediterranean climate to express the region’s distinctive terroir.
