Founded in 1949 by local winegrowers, Cantine di Dolianova is a historic agricultural cooperative in Sardinia’s Parteolla, now carried forward by more than 300 growers, many from founding families. Its vineyards span the municipalities around Dolianova, where low hills, hot dry summers and mild winters suit traditional Sardinian varieties including Cannonau, Monica, Vermentino, Nuragus and Moscato. The cooperative emphasizes these local grapes and a traditional, low-intervention approach, including hand harvesting, short skin contact and vitrified cement tanks. Its wines range from typical regional bottlings to selected HORECA and international-market lines, with a flagship Jù label representing the winery’s ambition. A showroom and enoteca offer tours and tastings focused on the cooperative’s history, vineyards and winemaking.
