Campo alle Comete is a Tuscan winery in Sughericcio, Castagneto Carducci, producing Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana IGT alongside other Bolgheri wines. Its Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented and macerated for around three weeks in stainless steel, then matured for approximately six months: half in stainless steel and half in used and new French oak barrels. The wine receives at least six months of bottle aging before release. Available information also refers to the influence of local soils and microclimate, but does not disclose production volumes, sustainability certifications, ownership structure, or winemaker names.
