Tank 32 Primitivo Appassimento

Camivini is a Sicilian winery run by an experienced winemaker and his family. The farm has been organically managed since 1994 and certified organic since 2004, with biodynamic certification also recorded. Its farming avoids chemical treatments and fertilizers, using phytotherapy, compost, crop and grazing rotations, and plant-based preparations. Primitivo comes from approximately 25–30-year-old vines. The winery produces tank wines and Appassimento styles, marked by dense texture, raisin aromas, and balanced residual sugar.
