Montorge is a family-run domaine in Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise, revived in 1972 by Charles and Jean-Joseph Flandre and now managed by the second generation, Yann Flandre. The estate’s vineyards are exclusively Montagny Premier Cru, planted primarily to Chardonnay on limestone-rich soils. Since 2020, the domaine has been converting its vineyards to fully organic viticulture, with a focus on sustainability and expressing the character of the terroir. It produces white Burgundy from its Premier Cru holdings.
