Ironcloud

Australia

Ironcloud Estate is a boutique, single-vineyard winery in Western Australia’s Ferguson Valley, within the Geographe region. Its vines, planted in 1999 on prized red gravelly loam and gently sloping hillsides, support a terroir-driven range of wines. The estate has been owned and operated since 2003 by lifelong friends and business partners Warwick Lavis, Geoff Cross and Karyn Cross, whose partnership began in hospitality more than 30 years ago. Winemaker Kim Horton, with experience at Houghton Wines and a degree in oenology, crafts the wines. Ironcloud has received numerous Australian and international awards, strong praise from Australian wine writers, and an “Outstanding” winery rating from James Halliday.
