Famille Antech

France

Famille Antech is a sixth- and seventh-generation family estate in Limoux, specializing exclusively in artisanal sparkling wines. Led by Françoise Antech, with her son Baptiste joining the operation, the family has worked in the area since 1860. The estate has been certified organic since 2023 and follows low-intervention practices, including manual harvesting, organic oenology and extended lees ageing. Its Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux are terroir-driven, elegant and fresh, shaped by meticulous blending, low dosage and long maturation. A solera system and collaborative cuvées further reflect the family’s craft-focused approach to the region’s historic sparkling-wine tradition.
